Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to the processing of your refund.
